Teaching Assistant - Weekly Pay and Training - Aspiring Teachers and Psychologists Wanted!

The Headteacher of a fantastic and welcoming school, located in the London borough of Hounslow, is looking for a passionate and dedicated individual for the role of Teaching Assistant.

Teaching Assistant – ideal candidate:

• A caring approach to work with children
• A degree in a relevant subject and/or relevant experience e.g., classroom experience
• Excellent English communication verbally and non-verbal
• Having the ability and willingness to support children with a different range of abilities
• Having the ability in showing creative and flexibility in the learning environment

This role is based in an "Outstanding" primary school, that is looking to invest time, money, and resources into an ambitious individual for the role of a Teaching Assistant.

Teaching Assistant – about the Primary school

• Creativity is at the core of their learning experiences.
• £75 - £95 per day (paid weekly) DOE
• Paid through PAYE, NOT through an Umbrella company (the outcome of getting paid by PAYE is roughly £200 more in a month
• Strong, recognised leadership team to give support, coaching and mentoring.
• Actively participate, show enthusiasm, and invigorate others.
