Web Developer

Hadley Engineering Group Ltd is looking for a web developer to join our growing team to take over our existing websites and continue to develop our in progress e-commerce website (Word Press) and to build a whole new e-commerce site for another range of products.

The candidate will need to be able to keep up with the latest trends within the digital world, and highly experienced within Word Press.

Main Responsibilities

• Developing our current websites and build new e-commerce site
• Keeping up to date with the latest digital trends
• Create appealing design and branding
• Improve SEO of the website
• Create lead magnets, such as newsletter sign up forms
• Ensuring a good user experience
• Designing and building pages in line with brand guidelines whilst following best practices and standards
• Develop and maintain flyers and brochures

Requirements

• 4+ years of WordPress web development
• Strong portfolio with great and active websites
• Highly Experienced within WordPress (essential)
• A digital marketing background or experience within a previous organisation or with a marketing team would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A can do attitude
• Ability to work under pressure

On completion of both ecommerce websites going live, the chosen candidate would then be responsible for the order processing of the sales received from the websites. There would be a commission based structure implemented similar to existing sales team members in order to receive further bonus'.

OTE's once the sites are built would be expected to achieve £4,000 + / Year.
