At Cockburn’s, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you will be an ambassador for the Cockburn’s brand, supporting the team to help deliver a premium wine & spirit buying experience
Your responsibilities:
- You are an innovator with the ability to create visually eye-catching marketing campaigns and wine web-site offers
- Have an excellent sense of design with an eye for colour schemes, clear and striking layouts and typography
- Focus on social media marketing channels and content creation - Website, Facebook, Instagram
- Ensure high standards of quality customer service are met at all times
- Supporting the sales floor when required in this hybrid role - ensure the store is well stocked, with products visually merchandised and priced accurately
- Working a 4 day a week which may include weekends, will also be required to help cover holidays
Knowledge & skills required:
- Advanced I.T. skills with Mailchimp and WordPress/WooCommerce platforms
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment is desirable but not essential
- Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
- A keen interest in wine and spirits, or desire to learn
- Ability to lift and move full boxes of wines and spirits as required
